the southwest bring a rainy season to Southeast Asia between May and

Thank you for visiting Lisa's Lore. Mostly inspired by travels, the postings include thoughts and photos, as well as articles, links, and information having to do with travel and other interests of mine...hopefully they are interesting to you too.
"Journals are a special and especially satisfying form of literature...war and grief have inspired the keepers of journals; but equally and more happily, so have journeys, whether for work or for pleasure, study or service, adventure or recovery from illness or sadness. Soon-to-be travelers realize that new sights and new insights will make them into different people...For those who persevere, there are discoveries that make life richer and more fulfilling. And like the great heroes, we find a boon that we bring back for the good of our families, communities, nations, and world." - Charting a Hero's Journey, by Linda Chisholm/IPSL Press, 2000
